Training is currently in Vago Park Maryland Heights
From 270 take the Dorsett Rd exit going east.
Go to the top of the hill and turn left on Fee Fee Rd.
Go to the bottom of the hill to the stop light at Midland.
Park entrance is on the right. Go to very back of the park.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6pm to 7:30pm
Most Sundays 9am to 10:30am
